Cricut Fall Banner Class

Put your Cricut to creative use.

Cut your heart out with this 3 hour cutting class featuring Bo Bunny's latest collection, Forever Fall and yummy Bazzil cardstock.
You will need the cartridges, Mother's Day 2010, Happily Ever After, and Winter Woodland. (If you do not have them, we will have one at the store to use.) Please also bring adhesive, scissors, foam dots, Cricut, mat, tools, brown chalk ink.

World Card Making Day

As a military brat and a free American, I can't say or do enough to thank our Soldiers for all that they and their families sacrifice for me and mine. I love my country and the Soldiers that fight for it.

We will be hosting a Card Party on October 1st from 10 am until 6pm. This will be a free potluck style event. Scrap That! will donate left over product from sample pages and projects to help in your card making.

Please bring card bases, envelopes, stamps and stamp pads, quality adhesives, your tools and whatever else you think you will need to make your cards. NO GLITTER PLEASE

We will have an Operation Write Home stamp on site to stamp the back of the cards.

At the end of the day, ALL completed cards will be donated to Operation Write Home.

We will be having a Summer Hat Contest.
Come wearing your creatively decorated summer hat and be entered into a drawing for a store gift certificate.

So call up a few friends and mark your calendars--Seating is limited and spaces will fill up quickly!

A "cool" lunch and dinner will be served along with cold beverages and snacks.

Payment is due upon registration.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after Friday, July 22-6pm. If you find you can not attend after that date, please feel free to let us know you will be sending a friend to take your place.

New Store Policy

Feeling very angry and discouraged that we have to post signs in our store asking future shoppers to not bring their large handbags into our store because I have items that are leaving the store without getting paid for.

It's hard enough to be a small business trying to make it in this economy, now we have to deal with the loss of our inventory and the loss of the money we would have made from it to buy new inventory.

Discovering today that two whole spools of our expensive Prima rose trim has gone missing, I searched everywhere I could think of to recover the missing items, I looked in the office area, on the floor, behind the register, in the drawers, in the trashcans and even called Karen to have her check her bags to make sure she didn't take them home by mistake. I came up with a big fat zero.

Now I can only hope that our customers can understand when we have to ask them to leave their bags in their cars or behind the register when they come in. We apologize to you, our customers who support us and our business, that their are people out there that feel its ok to just take what they want without paying for it.
